The client: a big four accountancy firm
The challenge: The client wanted an energising, collaborative plenary session for the away day they were planning for 300 junior managers.
Our approach: We designed a 90 minute team building session using Lego Serious Play. Participants worked on tables of 8 – 10 people. They first worked on their individual models, building traits that they viewed as being integral to creating a high performing team. They then worked together in their tables to create shared models of a high performing team.
The results: The workshop brought the 300 participants together and sent the energy in the room soaring. The participants had the opportunity to reflect deeply on collaboration and their individual, and collective role in making a great team.
