A brand pyramid is a great tool that quickly gets to the heart of a brand. It concisely communicates how a brand emotionally connects with its customers at a number of levels. We use the brand pyramid for our clients and last week I was given the challenge to come up with a brand pyramid for Make Happy. This is the pyramid I came up with.
Hopefully it quickly gives you a good idea of the ‘what’, ‘how’ and ‘why’ of Make Happy. Here’s a brief description of each layer of the pyramid so that you can see how it may be applied to your business:

The values that guide your work and practices. The code by which you work.
The specific actions, tasks and goals by which we need to accomplish/achieve to realise our vision.
The unique way the brand fulfils a fundamental human driver.
