The client: Bloomsbury Flowers are one of London’s top florists. They design, create and deliver bespoke arrangements for customers, luxury brands and high-end hospitality clients.
The challenge: After 20 successful years in Covent Garden, Bloomsbury decided to open their second store in Soho. They approached Make Happy to help build awareness for the new store and
ensure that consumers were aware of both their offering and location.
Since the corporate side of the business was extremely strong, our focus was on building a plan to drive footfall and sales among consumers.

Our solution: We put together and implemented a comprehensive digital marketing campaign to develop their online following, network with influencers to encourage PR opportunities, drive footfall to their second store and build their profile as the premium florist of choice in central London. This included social media, email marketing and online PR.
